Financing & Shipping

Payment & Financing

All vehicles must be paid for in full with cleared funds prior to release, pickup, or shipment. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties. Accepted forms of payment include cash, bank wire transfer, and cashier’s check. Personal checks, credit cards, and third-party payments are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance.

Once payment has cleared, the vehicle will be prepared for pickup or transport. Title and supporting documentation will be released in accordance with state regulations and payment confirmation.

For buyers who prefer financing, we can assist by connecting you with reputable lenders who specialize exclusively in collector, classic, and specialty vehicles. These lenders understand the unique nature of classic cars, including valuation, condition, and long-term ownership. Financing terms, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the lending institution. Buyers are welcome to arrange their own financing as well.

Commonly used collector car finance providers include:

Domestic Transportation

We are happy to assist buyers with arranging vehicle transportation anywhere within the US. Both open and enclosed carriers are available depending on your preference, budget, and level of protection desired.

This coordination service is provided as a courtesy at no additional cost. Shipping fees are paid directly by the buyer to the transport company, typically upon delivery of the vehicle. Estimated transit times and pricing vary based on distance, carrier availability, and transport type.

We work through established vehicle transport networks commonly used by professional dealers and collectors. While we help coordinate shipping, transport companies operate independently, and all delivery timelines and insurance coverage are subject to the carrier’s terms.

International Transportation

For international buyers, we can assist with arranging overseas transport. We are located a few  hours from the Port of Los Angeles, one of the largest vehicle export hubs in the world, allowing for efficient access to global shipping routes.

International shipping typically involves additional steps such as export documentation, customs clearance, and port handling. While requirements vary by destination country, we can help guide buyers through the process and coordinate with experienced export companies that specialize in classic and collector vehicles.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import regulations required by their destination country. We recommend confirming local import requirements prior to purchase.

Additional Notes
  • Vehicles sold by Heritage Motors are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. We encourage buyers to ask questions, request additional photos or videos, and arrange third-party inspections prior to purchase. Our goal is full transparency and a straightforward buying experience, whether you are located locally or internationally.

  • If you need assistance at any stage—from financing to shipping—we are happy to help guide you through the process.
